Om Villas, located on St. John, is a villa rental company by owner specializing in Privately Owned Marriott St. Thomas Resort Villas. Since we represent private individuals who own Marriott Vacation Property, we are able to offer their properties to you at special rates. All rentals include owner  priveldges as well as all resort amenities.

*Rates are weekly, 7 days, 7 nights, beginning on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and includes mid-week clean and all resort fees.
*An additional 8% U.S.V.I. Governement room tax added to all reservations.

  • We accept MasterCard and Visa as well as checks.
  • 50% deposit required at booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations prior to 60 days will result in full refund less10% handling fee, only if another renter is secured; otherwise no refunds.
