Rent Your Marriott Frenchman's Cove St. Thomas Resort Villa through Om Villas
Becoming an Owner with Om Villas is easy. All that is required is a secured week with Marriott Owner Service or Interval International. Once you have secured a week all you need to do is fill out our Owner Rental Agreement with that week listed and we will add it to our inventory and begin to market your week. When a renter is secured in your villa we will contact you with the renter’s information for you to call Marriott Owner Services and have the renter’s name added to your reservation. If you decide you would like to use your villa after you have already signed a Owners Rental Agreement, you would just contact us and request we remove you week from our inventory. We would then respond to your request (as long as your week was not subject to a confirmed booking) and let you know your week has been removed.
- Once we secure a renter we notify you and have you change the name on the reservation.
- We only rent secured weeks through Marriott or Interval International.
- We cannot suggest weeks or time periods to reserve.
- To reserve you week call Marriott Owner Services at 800-845-4226
- If you choose to use your week yourself after you have signed our agreement all that is required is you contact us, once you receive confirmation that we have removed it from our inventory its yours to use.
- If you choose to exchange your week with Interval International, contact us and we will remove your week from our inventory.
